What to Expect

Visiting a church for the first time can sometimes feel unfamiliar. We want you to feel welcome and to know what to expect when you join us.

When You Arrive

There is no need to let us know in advance that you are coming. Simply come along and join us.

Our morning service begins at 10:00 am and our evening service at 5:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early and take a seat wherever you feel comfortable.

Our Worship

Our worship is simple, reverent, and centred on God and His Word.

During the service we read the Scriptures, pray together, sing psalms and hymns, and hear the Bible preached. We also regularly celebrate the sacraments instituted by our Lord Jesus Christ.

You are welcome to participate as you feel comfortable, or simply listen and observe.

What Should I Wear?

There is no dress code. You will find people dressed in a variety of ways, from formal attire to everyday casual wear.

Bringing Children

Children are very welcome at our services.

Following the morning service, Sunday School is available for children from Kindergarten through to Year 12, while adults and university students may join our Adult Christian Education class.

After the Service

We encourage you to stay after the service and meet members of the congregation. We would be glad to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and help you find out more about the church.
